1. Payment Acknowledgment
Once payment has been confirmed via email from the respective department, refunds will no longer be available as the process for publication has already begun.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if we acknowledge that we are unable to complete the requested work. In all other cases, there is no refund.
3. Process Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as delays from journals or publishers. We kindly request your understanding in such cases, as the timeline extensions are not caused by our internal processes.
4. Journal/Publisher Rejection
If your article or work is not accepted by the selected journal or publisher, we will suggest alternative options. Should you have any objections, you must notify us within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in us proceeding with the work as informed over mail.
5. No Refund for Published Journals
Please note that once a Book is published, refunds are not offered as per our general policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the publishing process.
6. Unforeseen Changes
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the publication. Should this happen, we will notify you via email with details of the adjustments. You will be given a specific timeframe to respond. If we do not receive a response within this period, we will proceed with the changes, assuming your acceptance. After this, the process will be considered final, and no cancellations or refunds will be possible.
